I am a property manager for a holding company in the Greater Toronto Area and recently became aware of several leaks in the roof of an industrial building with a 20,000 square foot PVC roof. The roof is not that old but was poorly installed. I met with Rob from Guycan who was easy to talk to and quite knowledgeable about flat roofs. It was not in our budget to replace the roof so soon, so Rob and his team got to work on cleaning, inspecting and patching well over a dozen split seams around the roof. Welding PVC membrane can be tricky, but they were able to find and repair all the issues and there have been no reports of leaks since. Rob also provided me with a very thorough and reasonable roof replacement estimate so that we could budget for a near future replacement. As a property manager I must do my best to make not only the landlord happy, but the tenant also. Guycan aided me in achieving these goals by providing an effective and prompt repair, at a competitive price and with great customer service.
