PROBLEM

Roof was a fluted metal roofing system with a 2/12 slope. Ice and snow was a build up causing the fasteners to pop up due to hydro compression. Heat lost was also a concern, as well as rust.

SOLUTION

Flute filters were installed with a matching profile to allow for a smooth surface. Guycan installed R18 insulation and then encapsulated the entire roof with a white single-ply PVC Roofing System
