This was a TD Canada Trust pilot project for their first LEED certified building. They required a roofing system that met or exceeded LEED requirements
Guycan provided a single ply PVC membrane, that exceeded all LEED standards. We also installed R30 insulation to save on energy costs. The PVC membrane has 87% reflective, and 97% emissive ratings, which helps reduce cooling costs up to 40%
